Platform Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-06-01

Our Commitment

SipSocial, Inc. is committed to making brand storefront experiences powered by our Platform accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform, over time, with widely recognized accessibility standards, including the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA** where practicable for customer-facing shopping, account, and checkout flows.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. New features, third-party widgets, and brand-provided content may affect the overall experience. We work with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate accessibility into planning, testing, and remediation.

What We Are Doing

We build and maintain Storefront flows with semantic HTML, keyboard access, visible focus, design-system color contrast, text alternatives where we supply assets, and responsive layouts that support zoom. We review high-traffic paths such as browse, cart, and checkout. Brand Partners and Licensed Retailers supply some product media and documents; they are responsible for the accessibility of content they provide, and we offer guidance where we can.

Known Limitations

Third-party checkout fields, maps, age-verification tools, or marketing embeds may not meet WCAG AA in every configuration. Tell us about barriers so we can prioritize remediation.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on accessibility. If you need assistance completing a purchase, accessing account features, or understanding information on a Storefront, contact us at **legal@sipsocial.com** with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include:

  • The brand storefront URL or name;
  • A description of the issue;
  • The browser, device, and assistive technology you use, if applicable; and
  • Your preferred contact method for follow-up.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and to provide an alternative means of access where feasible.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have rights under applicable disability laws in your jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve concerns cooperatively.
